Customers can ask questions to the seller of the product. Sellers respond to these questions. The questions and answers are public to other buyers.
In the configuration of the module you can:
- Decides whether to moderate client questions or not.
- Indicates the email that receives notifications of new questions.
By indicating moderate customer questions, each time a customer asks a question, the marketplace administrator receives a notification email indicating that a question must be reviewed and accepted so that the seller receives notification.
In case you do not want to moderate the questions of the customers, a notification message will arrive directly to the seller.
When a seller gives an answer to a question, the client who asked the question receives an email indicating that he has received a response to his question with a link to the product in question.
The manager of the marketplace has a new link in the menu JA Marketplace - Questions about the product where you can view a list of all the questions, approve them or activate them to notify the seller or eliminate them. You can also enter to see the seller's answers and have the option to eliminate the answers that you do not consider appropriate and add new responses.

First of all, click ?Add new module? at modules tab on back office. You will find it in the top right. After that, select packaged file you have downloaded and click ?Upload file?. Now your module appears on modules list. Click on ?Install?, and ?Configure? next.
You can also unload .zip file and upload it into your modules directory. In this way you will install and configure module from modules admin.
