Es muy útil para saber que productos son los que más visitan los clientes. Está pensado para que el administrador de la tienda sepa que productos son los más visitados con el objetivo de tomar medidas para venderlo más o incluso promocionar más los productos que menos se visitan.
El modo simple guarda cada visita sin controlar mediante IP que la recarga de la página del producto sea del mismo usuario. Es decir, cada recarga de la página del producto cuenta como una visita sea del mismo usuario o no.
El modo avanzado controla las visitas observando la IP del usuario, el día y el producto. Es decir, por ejemplo, si un usuario, entra varias veces en un producto durante el día solo se contabiliza una visita.
Administración
En la administración del módulo podemos:
- Ver el número de visitas que ha tenido cada producto desde la activación del módulo.
- Activar modo simple o modo avanzado.
- Posibilidad de mostrar el número de visitas en la página del producto (front office).
