Prestashop already has a comments module that comes with the default installation that only needs to be installed and already carries the valuation with stars but accompanied by comments. It could be the case that you only need statistical level assessments without wanting to comment on the comments. This module could be a solution to this need.
The module is powered by the jRating v3.1 plugin and the votes are registered with Ajax technology.
When installing the default module it appears in the hook or Extra Right position of the Prestashop products tab. You can move it to any other available position in the product tab. You can even add it as a tab.
At the level of operation or programming, the vote is sent via Ajax keeping a record in a new table that is created when installing this module. In this new table all the valuations that have been given to all products are saved.
The module calculates the average of valuations that have been given of each product to paint in yellow the average valuation of the product.
It is very important that you thoroughly review all the documentation of the products we sell, try the demonstration and ask us any questions you have before making the purchase because product returns are not allowed, since it is non-encrypted software and it is not a tangible product.
Once sold a licences, the amount will not be returned under any circumstances except for causes attributable to this entity, in that case the origin of the problem will be studied to try to solve it by dedicating the maximum capacity to it.
In case the product is not working in your store, we will need the access data to the site (FTP and backoffice mainly) to review and solve the problems.
Only in the event that the problem could not be solved would the refund be issued.
Refund requests will not be considered if the purchase was made more than 3 months ago.
The purchase of this module includes 12 months of technical support and updates and is tacitly renewed at the end of the period.
