In this version we have fixed the problem of the administration controllers related to the setMedia function that now brings a new parameter that should be considered in the functional version for PrestaShop 1.7.
In the incident management, accessible from the Backoffice - Incidences - View menu, it is now possible to see a link to the return request if applicable.
With the return management enabled in your store, you are now controlling the time limit to accept a return. This time limit to allow reimbursement can be configured from the menu Backoffice - Customer Service - Return of merchandise.
The author of this module has been updated and now belongs to the company JA Modules.
Now a list of incidents appears on the order management page (Backoffice) where you can see at a glance all the incidents of the order.
