Odyssey with PayPal solved for now
We have finally been able to launch the PayPal payments module that allows the payment to be sent to each seller in a transparent way to the buyer user.
When the user buy in your shop, it seems that he is doing it to the marketplace but, he does not realize that the payments are also being divided for each seller involved.
The payment continues to be received by the PayPal account of the market but automatically and immediately, payments are made to the sellers as commissions.
Logically, in the market administration panel, these commissions are already registered as paid.
We already had this functionality in the past, several years ago, but last year, PayPal made changes to its API that drastically impaired the operation of this add-on.
The PayPal API changed so much that it caused the "JA Marketplace Paypal Parallels" module to stop working.
The adaptive payments that existed at that time ceased to exist to give way to "PayPal Payouts". This new thing that they have added is much more powerful and less limited.
The point is that, to make our old module work with the new PayPal API, too important changes were required.
For this reason, during this year we have been working to bring to light "JA Marketplace Payments with PayPal" that allows customers to pay with credit card or PayPal in your marketplace. In this case, sellers automatically receive their commission in their associated PayPal account.
