Added improvements to the seller's question and answer module

Updating of the questions and answers module of the seller that brings improvements for the market administrator.

Major update that we have applied to version 1.2.7 for PrestaShop 1.7 and version 1.1.6 for PrestaShop 1.6 in which we have added 3 improvements for the administrator of the questions.

Now the market questions and answers administrator receives an email when the seller gives an answer to any question related to their products, only if moderate questions are enabled. In this way, the administrator can validate the seller's response or not.

Now the administrator can answer all the questions that sellers receive from the Backoffice. In the previous version, we added the possibility of eliminating a response.

If you want to modify a response from a seller there is the possibility to delete the response and add it again.

On the page where the administrator see the questions and answers now has a direct link to the product page (front side).
