In this version some security issues have been fixed.

At the technical level we had to make some changes to the names of the attributes of some classes in order to filter properly in the Backoffice.

The attachments are now encrypted and saved with a unique reference number. The original name of the file is not lost. It will be available for the view but a unique name is being registered on the server.

Now the file attached to the message is also sent by email.

The select2 plugin is now used to improve the appearance of the selectors in the Backoffice, but above all, it makes it easier to find records. For example, when you want to create a new ticket, you can choose a customer. In the case of having many clients it was very difficult to find the desired client in the long list. Now this list has a search engine to quickly find the desired client.

Now it is compatible with the official GDPR module created by PrestaShop Addons.
