Important update of the seller's auction module version 1.3.0

New version 1.3.0 of the seller's auction module where we have fixed several visual themes and created 2 versions. One for PrestaShop 1.6 and for PrestaShop 1.7.

In this update we have created 2 different versions of this module for PrestaShop 1.6 and 1.7, respectively, in order to work specifically for each version independently and obtain a higher quality module.

We have improved the configuration of this module by adding more information and enabling a button to contact the developer, see more complementary modules for JA Marketplace, a link to qualify the purchase and get a discount for the next purchase and a link to the change history.

In order to be able to more easily access the rest of the options, the upper menu and the lateral option menu of the JA Marketplace module are now visible in this module in the case that they are enabled. In the page that allows to add auctions by the seller now the menus appear allowing a better navigation for the seller. It is important to know that this functionality will only be present if you are using JA Marketplace v5.0 or higher.

The buttons and icons of the seller and customer account part have been improved for each version of PrestaShop.

Now this module complies with the code standards of the PrestaShop validator.

Now when a client sends a bid errors appear informing if your bid is less than the current one or if it is the seller who is trying to bid for your product. The latter is not allowed.

When a seller tries to add an auction for a product that is currently in auction, now an error appears informing him of this problem.

The auction module is now displayed in the block of my footer account so that the customer can access their bids more quickly.

In PrestaShop, prices with decimals are saved with the point separator (.). When a customer adds a bid with an amount with decimals, the comma is now being considered to add the bid.

Finally, now this module complies with the code standards of the PrestaShop validator.

It is important to know that the improvements brought by this version are only compatible with JA Marketplace superior to version 5.0.0. For previous versions of JA Marketplace it will be necessary to install an old version of this module.

Recommendation: Update JA Marketplace to the latest version and benefit from a lot of improvements. Then you can add add-ons with all their functionalities.
