This module allows you to add a very complete and simple rating and comment system to manage at the same time.
The operation is very simple. The customer makes an order and from the same detail of the order, if the status of the order allows it, you can see a new block where it is possible:
- Sending a rating and review for each product you have purchased.
- Editing the rating and review.
- Rating, title, review and photo can be added.
A new section also appears in the customer account that allows managing all the comments of all the products purchased.
In all product listings, the rating stars may appear along with the total number of reviews.
On the product page, just below the button "Add to cart" appears a summary of the ratings with direct link to see the comments.
All reviews on the product are shown in the bottom of the product page.
You have the possibility to enable the filter that allows you to show reviews according to the rating, reviews with photo or highlighted comments.
In the home page of the store it is possible to enable the summary of ratings of all the comments of the product that the shop has received.
Also, this module adds a page where all the comments of the product that the store has received are shown.
In the Backoffice, this module adds 2 new links within SELL - Catalog from the side menu:

In the section "Product comments" you can see a list of all the reviews sent by customers about the products purchased. Actions to add, view, modify and delete are available.
From the comment page you can see:
- All related information: customer, order reference, product, date, etc
- Overall rating on the product.
- Title and description of the comment.
A comment can be activated and deactivated at any time. In addition, you can also send a response.
From the "Criterions" section you can create criteria for the comments of the product without limit. The criteria may be associated with one or several categories.
From the configuration of the module it is possible:
- Access comment management.
- View the change history.
- Deciding if you want to moderate the comments or not.
- Enable the possibility of receiving an email for each comment received.
- Choosing the employee who will receive notifications of new comments about the product.
- Deciding whether to send an email to the client when your comment has changed status.

First of all, click “Add new module” at modules tab on back office. You will find it in the top right. After that, select packaged file you have downloaded and click “Upload file”. Now your module appears on modules list. Click on “Install”, and “Configure” next.
You can also unload .zip file and upload it into your modules directory. In this way you will install and configure module from modules admin.
